In 2018, a small wooden church was realized with Legnoquadro in Configno, a hamlet near Amatrice damaged by 2016 earthquake. The chapel and the bell tower, designed by AOUMM and realized in Italian silver fir PEFC certified, are meant to keep together the small community, highly challenged by the earthquake: the building provides a meeting place for citizens and local associations, offering to Configno a sign of rebirth within the reconstruction.
